They do but that alone doesn't fix gender dysphoria so they're recommended to transition but that triggers you so you blame it on the jews or whatever and think therapy should just be someone telling you to just get over whatever issues becuase you don't actually care about what works or is best for people.

The only "legitimate" therapy they can get now is affirming their belief that they're another gender and being prescribed hormones and gender reassignment surgery. Legitimate shrinks won't provide any treatment for their actual problems.
Why you ask? Because the DSM-V, basically the bible of psychology, says being transgender isn't a mental illness. Rather gender dysphoria (i.e. the unhappiness caused by being in the "wrong" body) is the mental illness.
Why does the DSM-V say this, when it goes counter to any application of basic logic? We don't treat anorexia with weight loss surgery after all. Well part of it is pandering to the extreme left and their constant whininess. But a much bigger part of it is because diseases which are listed in the DSM can be billed to health insurance. And the treatment for gender dysphoria (i.e. behavioral therapy, hormone blockers, synthetic hormone replacement, surgery, etc.) is much more profitable than the treatment for gender identity disorder (behavioral therapy, maybe a prescription).
tl;dr: Trannies can't get therapy because there's more money in confirming their delusions.

Therapists aren't smart or individualistic. They just parrot whatever is the orthodoxies of their profession. They sometimes can say something profound to help a person out but I feel like anyone who isn't a drooling moron could do the same. You know it's really fucked up that nowadays everyone thinks everyone else is mentally ill/stupid. No one is willing to look at themselves. It's a scary thought in general and especially scary when someone is as mentally ill and stupid as a tranny but they think the exact same thing about you. There is no convincing no matter what. Just a battle to "win".
It kind of reminds me of Death Note. Light figures if he wins his morality and everything he did was right and if he loses he is wrong. It's all might makes right and reality is a toy to be manipulated to your own means. And you get to decide who is right and who is wrong and anyone who disagrees is insain/stupid/hatefull/a bigot/a phobe etc.
