This dude could be the best, most skilled homebuilder in the world, be given free land, tools, and materials, and I still don't think it's possible for a single man to build 30,000 houses. I did the math. 30,000 days in 82ish years. The guy looks to be in his 40's. If he started at 20 he would need to build about 4 houses a day to build 30k houses by now. This is not physically possible for a single person to do. So how did he get so many houses?
