So what did you settle for?
Just running fedora without ricing. If I wasn't a poorfag I would be using an M1 Mac.

I will never use a mac despite not being poor.
Isn't it a glowniggerOS?
Everything is but yeah Red Hat is pretty much confirmed NSA. But everything uses their technology and they have a deep dick in the kernel itself, so there.
You use the Linux kernel, NSA code is in there. So yeah, have fun.
You can still do it, play a bit with distrobox.

Or you could set up VMs and have fun with random distros.

I used to fuck around with LiteStep and Darkstep when I was a teenager. Shit never really managed to work exactly like the preview images though.
Like you I just stopped giving a shit about that. windows works fine and I can get on with my porn hording.

There really is a distro for everything still.
Nice
for some reasons I wanted to install Knoppix and Sabayon when I was younger, just based on some screenshots in linux magazines
don't know why
I used Sabayon, was kinda cool. I had already installed Gentoo before that but this felt like a more userfriendly best of both worlds thing. It was still a mess of course.
I used way too many of these distros lol.
based and crewmatepilled.

more poor than me jamarl. you probably stole that 5700 xt. give it back.
anyone remember pic related? it was a real distro that stormfront iirc tried making. sucks it didn't take off.
also, anyone remember yopper linux? i first got into linux when my 9th grade english teacher gave me a knoppix live dvd and a suse 9.2 disk. i remember going home when i first got the knoppix dvd and running it on my p4 2.6ghz ht with 512mb of ram and a fx 5200. i remember being so excited but sad because my sound blaster audigy 2 didn't work. after that we finally got cable internet and i got my mom to give me 2k for christmas and i built a amd athlon 64 3500+ system with 2gb of corsair xms 400mhz ram, a evga 6800gt, a sound blaster audigy 2 zs, asus a8n sli deluxe irrc, and two 120gb 7200rpm hard drives. in some cooler master case. i later upgraded it to a amd 4800+ dual core a year later as a christmas present. i originally had suse 9.3 installed on it but switched to gentoo after a friend in an irc channel from germany was able to ssh into my live cd environment and help guide me in installing a stage 3 gentoo.
sadly in 2007 after i got my graduation money i built a new system with a e6600 and an evga 8800gtx and went back to windows with vista for a bit. in 2009 i went back to linux with arch.
