Never been to a hooker. The ones on the street corners all look pretty rough, like they have pretty bad drug problems. The ones on websites like Adultwork look a bit ore classy, but are a lot more pricey.

Ethnics = ethnic minorities. They tend to cause trouble and bring an area down. We generally don't have many 'niggers', I think they are all down South like in London. Up here it's Mudslimes, Bangladeshis, Pakistanis.

Can be good if you make the right friends, find somewhere that is safe and where work is plentiful. Living standards are better than most places but usually isn't the best and it is possible to get stuck living in a shit building that is being neglected by the landlord/ other ownership (anywhere from company to local council).

The GPs (local Doctors) can be spectacularly shit but still a luck of the draw factor where you can get a good GP.
Cities are often best avoided if possible but if you live on the outskirts of a city in a non-enriched area then expect to be enriched in future as the cities tend to end up with more people than they can house eventually (London the typical example).

By enrichment I do mean knife crime, gangs and ethnic/ BAME takeovers of councils which turns the area shit for everyone (including the ethnics/ BAMEs themselves). Other criminal crap can be included (my area is shankings, vehicle theft and an unusual amount of fraud, and recently bodies in freezers are sometimes found in my area too).

Access to goods and services tend to be good but can vary on certain parts of the country. Like my places it is good to come to if you are rich, but if you are poor and looking to earn money and then fuck off home with profit then the drawbacks might not be worth it in comparison to previous years due to fall backs from a few different economic declines (from prior recessions, leaving the EU, lower value of the £ and current trade deals not boosting the UK's GDP enough as the "economists" say).

House prices have been artificially inflated by restricting the supply of new houses being built for the last 30 years, to give the illusion of economic growth, and allow people more access to credit. The whole system is now at crisis point, it's all smoke and mirrors. The benefits system is a shables and god help anyone who loses their job or only has a minimum wage job because benefits aren't enough to live on. The UK has the world's 6th largest economy, hundreds of thousands of children in poverty, and foodbanks are now a thing, with around 2,500 in the UK.
