for the past 3 weeks i have been having small heart attacks. i feel shots of pain fire up my chest into my heart. they have woken me up at night and most nights i barely sleep because i am afraid i will die in my sleep. yesterday i had more pain in my chest. whenever i eat i feel it in my chest and i know i will eat something and it will be the last fatal thing i eat that will finally push me over the edge to die. i live alone in a shitty apartment. i have no friends and no family. imagine waking up at 1 am after 1 hour sleep night after night because you have chest pains in a dark crappy apartment, with a loud as f refrigerator knowing you will die in a crap hole and some maintenance man will be the one to find you because neighbors report a bad small. then the maintenance guy quickly robs me before calling the ambulance. anyway this is another day after i had bad chest pains and i am starving because i am afraid to eat.
my stomach is hurting because i haven't eaaten in over 24 hours. dubs decide if i eat today. if you chose for me to eat know i might die. it is your choice.

The antiacid could be the issue if you overdose, few people die from an antacid overdose, but high calcium levels can cause serious heart rhythm disturbances. It can be also anxiety. Go to see a doctor.
