Honestly I think people forget how important jannies are to keeping things going smooth. Imageboards are high maintenance due to the fact that people can user upload images. They have to be actively moderated to keep illegal shit off here. Also proxies aren't really necessary unless you're breaking the law. As you said, just reset your router, bam new ip.
