I'm looking around online and it seems pretty common. Same green looking chunks almost like nugs of weed. All the ones tested contained heroin and either carfent or fent. Super dangerous shit if he's not responding to you you're probably gonna need to call an ambulance.
Also those dealers are going to be looking for their drugs or money back soon enough, I wouldnt personally flush that it could cause serious problems.
