Why are programs so dumb? Or is it the Inkscape devs that are intentionally pissing me off?

So user, tell me, is this "みこ" entity currently in the room with us?
>yes
Is this entity tangible?
>n-n-no
I am ticking off the "Fucking Weeb" option, user. Shame.

Basically, you either need to add "nigga" to end of your sentences or it sounds too polite.

Sounds like a betacuck with all the dictionary accurate words, right?

You're shitposting on an imageboard. Using the masu form seems weird. You could use the dictionary form, but even that seems a bit formal. I guess I'd have expected a じゃない or something informal.

Many resources end up teaching you the masu form first, which is fine. People will understand you and it will often be polite enough for many real life situations (shopping, hotels, ...). But it seems off in normal conversations or shitposting

That's a good summary. Sounds like grammar 101 or the product of a translation service. But everybody has to start somewhere

Shitposting with perfect grammar and politeness only works in English and my native language, at least that's observation. It can be funnier after all.

Oh when I see noodle text online and it's from westerners, I always assume machine translation.

thanks!! you need to add "nigga"

come to think of it that’s so true… I wonder if it has to do with some nuance you can express in English…
>and my native language

If I just want to shitpost in Japanese like the cool kids then what's the minimum I need to learn

Stuff labelled "Quick Japanese for travelling CEOs" would work but it's work-polite speech. As other user said, it helps when using the quick check-in at Japanese hotels.

>prithee tell
Ain't gonna doxx myself. Wish I knew Latin so I could politely insult people's programming skills.

Watch a lot of samurai drama for all the epic insults
