I do when someone is comically huge, yeah. I point to my gf or my sibling or friend or mom or w/e and we marvel at how gross massively fat people are for letting their bodies get that way. usually compare their bodies to an appropriate item or something, like "look at that apple/bowling ball/blob shaped bitch. gross." it's more common a practice than you think.
