Nice dubs. It’s arguably safer than smoking weed. You’re close just it’s not oil. It’s the refined resin produced by the plant. It’s essentially the sap of the plant. You’re inhaling just the stuff that gets you high and none of the actual woody/cellulose parts of the plant. It’s not even “smoke” when you dab. It’s the same idea behind herb vaporizers.

If you’re thinking about it that way then don’t smoke weed at all. If you smoke weed then you’re getting wax and smoke in your lungs at the same time.

Tachycardia is a term that simply means rapid heart rate. More of a sign/symptom than an ailment. If you get scared by something you will experience tachycardia. It's not inherently dangerous or harmful.
