The problem with lack of internet is that programming jobs wouldn't be so widespread, as it would be mostly writing internal management, and nothing for customers.

How safe are Xposed (Android) modules? Virustotal only says it connects to paypal and nothing seems to be on the network log. If I only allow it to hook to specific app, is it safe for others?

As far as Im aware, yes. If you're using LSPosed to limit what it can hook, rather than edXposed to hook glabally, it should be unable to, otherwise every app would be protected wirh XPrivacyLua without bedding to select them all, for example. The module could always use a Magisk module, root priveliges ir a zero day to modify other apps outside of Xposed, so you're never fully safe.
