Cleaning is easy, just use a few paper napkins. Customize it how? You can choose the wig, the eye color, the skin color.
No, you wrap it in a soft fleece blanket if it is TPE to prevent the evaporation of oil.

the mouths on the older models from a few years ago werent usable but they are usable on the newer models. some even now have movable jaws. you have to check with the manufacturer of a particular model.
some people have scraped the mouth cavity to make it more usable but it's a risky procedure, you might cut into the eye cavity.
