start by talking to people you arent attracted to. Just be overly conversational with everyone around you. You will get a sense for when people do or do not want to talk to you. Eventually you will be so good at striking up conversations with people that you don't have anxiety when there is attraction. Start with someone who seems approachable like an old lady and work your way up. social skills are like all other skills, you need to work on them
