Pretty sure he let it shit in my driveway once and never said anything. Calls his white wife a bitch all the time. Regularly blasts rap.

A few months back, I took my nice white family out to eat at BJ’s. The group sitting next to us was some 15 gorilla birthday party. In 40 minutes, they literally never shut the fuck up and left food/trash everywhere. I feel bad for the server too because niggers never tip when they eat out.

Then once one moves in everyone starts selling and the house prices drop as no one wants to live next door to them, so entire streets/areas end up getting taken over.

I live in an apartment with black tenants on either side of me; the one is a single dad with a kid, super nice guy always bringing packages from the mailroom up to my front door and I do the same for him not a single bad thing to say about him.

Doesn't sound like racism to me. It's just objective business tactics. It probably does lead to more minority races and minority ethnic groups to be in even worse off situations, but from a business perspective, it would be foolish not to abide by these tactics. You would only lose money by putting an abundance of grocery stores in black neighborhoods, and you would miss out on gaining money by placing a small density of liquor stores in black neighborhoods.
Why play by the arbitrary rules of what some people consider to be racist and not racist, when you could just make the most money possible, then maybe spend a tiny fraction of profits on PR campaigns with donations to black charities which are refunded back in taxes anyhow?
