I love cooking, but mostly food that's terrible for you. But I've always just not eaten until late afternoon or early evening I'm going to live to be 47 or 112, just not sure which.

Two beers, a can of coke, and a dozen big raw oysters spaced though the day as snacks. Probably do the same until bedtime. My shit is gonna flow and smell like the ocean in the morning.
