im actually really lucky where i live has always been a huge stoner city even before legalization- we have one of the most historic smoke shops in the country here.. when i went to high school i met so many dealers and from then on ive never been without 2 or 3 contacts..

i would ask friends on social media- or just people you know IRL or through social media that smoke in your area.. just casually and politely ask them if they wouldn't mind connecting you with someone but no big deal if not

otherwise go to places in your city where people are known to smoke weed, just hang around and ask there

probably explains why you're such a racist and you're so comfortable saying nigger.. if you knew a black person personally and actually talked to them for more than 5 minutes you'd start to see how much of an asshole you are

ah my advice would be to go visit somewhere like amsterdam or the US or something and try it then- i mean if you want to have this life long sorta craving for something like weed it'd be nice to try the best of the best and where it's safe

otherwise it'd be hard to get a recommendation other than you gotta know someone who knows someone- it's always how it works.. find somebody you know around your age you think smokes weed and ask in a casual way, maybe even offer to smoke them up.. many people will say no because it's a shady thing but eventually someone will be cool enough to hook you up- i'm assuming it's not easy to find buds in the balkan area unless it's a city with a nice university crowd.. so if you know of a place like that i'd recommend scoping around those spots

i have friends in Slovenia who say they can find it pretty easily in places like this

just be careful though- buying weed even from a friendly person can still be a sort of nerve-wracking experience, so don't sweat if there's a little tension.. but if something doesn't feel right no hard feelings in backing out

Go somewhere pot heads smoke. Literally ask around. Just say you just moved in the area and you want to smoke. If they ask if you're a cop just saying dude I just want to get high" a stoned pot head will more than likely give you a plug. Or just use a dating app. And say you're attracted to men on it. There is always a drug dealer getting customers on dating apps.
