God didn't have to make it so people had inclinations for evil. God didn't have to make it to where we had to kill other creatures to survive. God didn't have to design parasites and other medical conditions.

God is indifferent at best, so he should be indifferent to how people see themselves, even if it contradicts how he made their body. Additionally, he made their minds and souls contradictory to their body. He was either confused or indifferent to the contradictions he created in a person.
