I grew up in the 1970's, dude. My junior high school and high school were very racially integrated back then. Every color. Every creed. I come from an era where white people actually did call blacks 'niggers' if they had it coming to them. I can't tell you how many fights I saw breakout in school where blacks were calling whites 'honkies' and whites called them 'niggers' in return, and it was literally no big deal to say that back then. When the dust finally settled, everyone just moved on and simply forgot about shit. No hurt feelings. It was a different time. If people said shit like that today, they'd make the fucking news. It's pathetic now.

I make racist jokes in front of my cool black friends and refrain when I know they’ll be sensitive. The difference between men and women is far greater than the differences in race. I tell racist bar jokes to my black friends and they laugh and call me a “racist ass bitch.” I had my black female neighbor over and we happened to be watching cringe compilations on YouTube with 5 people in the room. We (a multiracial group) were laughing at racist white ladies accusing black guys of trespassing in their pool when the black guys lived in the building and my neighbor said “can we change it to something else this shit is racist.” To be fair we were all stoned especially her, but still, you get the point.

I don't know. I know in my family they believe if you say the word nigger especially around black people they have the right to attack you and beat you and threaten you. My Mom's friend told her about that and my Mom told her the same that the supposed word nigger is a black person word and blacks have the right to abuse people for using that word. My sister showed me a video thinking it was funny of a man getting attacked by blacks for saying nigger and yelling at a black security guard to help him and the black security guard walking away and she thinking the man deserved to be beaten and treated that way and laughed for SAYING A FUCKING WORD!
