Kinda mild on taste though, and also the American megabeers smell like wet cardboard when they get warm. Give a Guinness a try if you're cooking beef. Anyway all good here, you good?

I did the 48 hour sous vide then grilled corned beef a couple years ago. It was alright. When they go on sale in the next couple days I will prolly buy some to smoke
