I am an ordinary guy from Russia and I am interested in the opinion of the local inhabitants about the "special operation" in Ukraine, where the citizens of my country are now performing their combat mission. My relatives, acquaintances and friends who are currently serving in the army, report that they are now participating in hostilities. In particular, a friend who served in the army and has not been online since 22.02 recently wrote to me. He wrote that he had not been online for so long because they were sent to Ukraine and he participated in the fighting there. He told how the Ukrainian forces hid in residential areas and used civilians literally as human shields. He saw it with his own eyes. Therefore, for most Russian citizens, Putin's actions are BASED and they support it. So, seeing how (((the world community))) reacts to our actions, I would like to know how the usual Western user now refers to the Russian Federation and Ukraine.
It's a war. It sucks. Two million people have had to flee from Ukraine. It's heart breaking having to watch a country being demolished by bombs. Russia is being cut off from every market. Soon the people will start to feel the pressure from a collapsing economy. And when it's all over, guess who will have to rebuild and pay for everything.

i dont trust anything my government says so i dont really know what to think. but i think the fact your whole country is suffering all these sanctions is fucked up. its what america likes to do when they aint got the nuts to fight you themselves.
