Long story short... I was in 3 long term relationships from age 18 to 38. 6 years with the first, 6 years with the 2nd, and 8 years with the 3rd. During that time... I dealt with so much of the same shit over and over again. They all cheated, they all lied, they all were manipulators, they all bitched and complained constantly, NOTHING was ever good enough for them. It was just like being in the movie groundhogs day. They all did the same shit "He's just a friend" and would play out in various ways, all pretty much the same, but it resulted in them cheating. I've been single now for about 4 years and I have absolutely no desire to ever date again. I just got tired of it all. I admit that I'm lonely, but I'd rather be lonely than deal with women and their bullshit. It's just how I feel about it.
