I remember why I stopped buying ruled paper 10 years ago. I was in a pinch and got a shitty notepad and the lines are thicker than the pen I use for writing. Grid-ruled all the way. Works for text as well as integrals.

Do you have large handwriting as well? I tend to write, hm, about 1cm large uppercase (2 squares on standard Euro grid paper). That gets claustrophobic af on ruled paper. Do you have a preference in pens? I get cramps from ballpoints, so I resort to gel pens a lot. Fountain pens are nice and all but they just aren't flexible for equations and figures.

My pens are thin (0.5), and yes, they are gel pens because they are comfortable. I use the grid because I don't fuck up with my orthography, like whenever I write an "M" or an "A"

Undeniably a man of culture. I really like Uniball 207s. They are like 1 buck a pop but really good, though they could last a little longer if you ask me. I just wish gel pens weren't all throwaway. I'd kill for a gel pen where you could just buy inkwells in bulk since I burn through those fuckers. Ink rollers are an option but I never tried them.

On an unrelated note, that tattoo look of the picture reminds me of a bit a skull related trivia I picked up the other day. Apparently a shit ton of people tattooed a raccoon skull on their body because it was the top result for "wolf skull" on pinterest, and probably still is. I remember having come across that on a blog I stumbled upon recently, I can dig it up if you want some keks.
