i'm soo tired of hearing this division like yeah certain people tend to end up in politics but that's a different thing. unless it's like a real different group of people, the gov is the people. the army for example is drafted. i thought the draft was like really fucked up as a kid but it actually has insanely good merit. a draft ensures the army is full of people, not some specific group of psychos. the only division is when you are literally just doing your job and have no idea you are bombing a bunch of children.

Yes traditionally the government is elected by the people. But I say look at the us representatives. Look at that fucking clown show, even if you agree with whatever message they spew, once they get in they’re going to tow the party line and do what the party says, not the supposed people they represent.
