I think painting rhonda as a jaded prostitute in part one of that series takes away from the character and leaves only a puppet with her name in its place.

Rhonda's family in this interp never gets their money back, so what's the problem with how the story is going?

Why did you choose Rhonda, of all characters, OP?

There's an episode (Rhonda Goes Broke) where she goes from a rich, prim and proper fashionista, to a poor ghetto innercity dweller

And I just think she fits perfectly into a prostitution story because of that, as she still covets the rich things in life, but has no way to access it outside of whoring.

Oh, yeah. I know that episode.
It's where I got these: I hated the fact that at the end, her dad just became rich again out of nowhere. Like, it was incredibly lazy writing, just went back to status quo with no reason in the last minute.

How come that particular scenario ended up meaning so much to you?
Did the episode give you your first boner, or something?
I mean, I was in love with Penny from Inspector Gadget, but I never developed a kidnapping fetish.

It was a good jumping off point for the story

Well Rhonda is neat, and her becoming poor would make her feel pathetic enough to date any guy.
