>It's a job. Each has its benefits and drawbacks.

Benefits: physically demanding, I enjoy the workout, and I enjoy DRIVING even more. Pay is good enough to keep bills paid.
Drawbacks: have to work with a bunch of random fuckos in a building so big it almost inspires agorophobia. Pay isn't enough to build the future on.

??? no fucking clue
8/10 now, but was like 2/10 to start

About half of days I do less than 2 hours work. Some days I do 12. My income goes up by like 6k every year, currently making 60k. First year I made like... 25k. The certification program and making no money except on commissions was a special kind of hell, but now I've "made it". Most people in the see "making it" as making a million a year, but they're all working 8 hour days until 65. Fuck that.

How do you find all those obscurely located apartment complex units and all that shit.

8/10 Is truly dependent on the fucks who come in; some have the IQ of a doorknob and even a doorknob does what its supposed to. I legit believe these fucks do not know how to read or comprehend the English language.

I deliver to a small but generous town that luckily doesn't have any of that bullshit.

Compound interest is such a boomer faggot meme.

i manage livestreamers, usually non-gaming, not porn either.

fluctuates heavily - first year i made like 40k, last year i made almost 600
6/10 - i kinda stumbled into it because i wasn't growing as a streamer myself and i got sick with epididymitis

i stumbled into it after my streaming career died when i got sick, i'm mostly fine now minus a bit of nerve damage that i'll probably work through by the end of the summer but stuck with the responsibilities.
