Think I got it out to be around 6300 and a lot of it was from fat.
Was far easier and faster to go back from 177 to 136, naturally happened when I stopped doing and eating anything.
Weighing and calculating all daily calories is the best option to make sure you can gain or lose weight. And making a diet plan.
I'm not that invested in it right now tbh
Having a kitchen scale is really handy for keeping track of how much you're actually eating and figuring out your calorie intake. But eventually you just get a feel for how much and you can kinda autopilot your way through a diet.
Finding a comfy routine also helps a lot.
True, it's a huge bother and if you're not motivated to do it the diet plan will fail.

Buying stuff and knowing you need to have eaten it all within x amount of days can also be done.
