Hackers are surely smart enough to realize this only helps Intel into the GPU market.
Which they have been trying the past 3 years or so.
Intel which has been known to have ties to the govt in putting in backdoors.
Honestly just feels like CIA hacked it so the govt can push more monitoring software.

why would hackers feel the need to leak GPU proprietary technologies?
Only a select few people would even be able to understand then once you have enough to understand, how many of those have the capability to compete, then consider the lawsuits and legal nature if nvidia finds out anyone is using the stolen tech.
Only the govt benefits here.
