don't make the mistake I did and go on a keto-diet as a programmer. It's a Any Forums meme and it will make you euphoric as fuck but also really, really fucking stupid. My IQ dropped 20 points.
Consuming meat promotes inflammation by adding endotoxins to our diet and by saturated fats disrupting the gastrointestinal barrier allowing endotoxins to spill into the blood stream. Tumor necrosis factor which is increased by endotoxins that activate TLR4 and TLR2 within the body directly contributes to neuronal cell death by inducing microglial inflammation through activation of kv1.3channels. This also promotes neuronal insulin resistance and contributes to hypothalamic neuroinflammation which is the root cause of all metabolic and neurodegenerative disorders. There's metabolic ward experiments and feeding trials showing the direct consequences of consumption of a high fat, high protein meal on markers of endothelial function: increases in markers of peripheral inflammation, reduction in serotonin metabolism in the brain, and these can be extrapolated to disease pathology because we can observe the direct consequences of lipotoxicity and endotoxicity within the brain and reduction in cognitive function and metabolic homeostasis through understanding of the hypothalamic model of metabolic disorder pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28677618 pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/9036757 ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2858203 pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28045396 pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19116375 ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2853195 ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4424797 pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28323986 ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6506390 ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6814438 sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2211124716307331 Directly increasing neuronal insulin sensitivity increases metabolic homeostasis and BCAA catabolism. Just eat fish like Jesus did.

Do not eat the meat and saturated fat goy, eat the bugs fried in vegetable oil!

I eat a shitload of meat and my IQ was last tested at 138. However, I don't eat bread, or rice, or oats, or candy. I don't drink soda or milk either.
The smartest and longest lived men on earth were mostly omnivores. The ill effects of eating meat are massively overblown, specific to some red meats and meats prepared with excess heat (searing) or chemical preservation, and on top of that these studies are mostly done on people who consume an excess of sugar on a daily basis. In most cases these chemical effects are not significant in an otherwise healthy body.

I WANT TO EAT HER PUSSY, INFLAMMATION BE DAMNED.

Stfu retard nobody gives a shit about your propaganda. And on top of any tranny ideology behind it, it's factually incorrect from an evolutionarily pov. Genes change in your body partially due to what you eat.

Which facebook exam did you take?

>DONT EAT MEAT >don't make the mistake I did and go on a keto-diet You do realise vegan keto exists, right? My IQ went up because of keto. In fact I wasn't really doing anything before keto, now I'm capable of actually getting up to program. Also is that you in the photo, user? That's some amazing results.
Do you even read any of the shit you're dumping here? Do you know in how many processes the VG Potassium channel KV1.3 is involved to just isolate it to a single cause? Moreover >pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19116375 Applies to energy dense foods, that could range from soda, a veggie or meat burger, or fuckign avocado in an OBESITY model.
Can you do a quick summary on any of the articles you just posted? You may not any part of the abstract, and make a correlation with your claim that it is inequivocably linked to meat (which meat? veal? chicken? tuna?). You have 10 minutes.

Keto is for fatasses and even if you eat healthy you'll still be getting a ton of pufa in your diet
High carb is for high energy, performant individuals with good thyroid function

creatine is unironically one of the best nootropics
"Particular attention should be paid to adequate protein intake and sources of essential fatty acids, iron, zinc, calcium, and vitamins B12 and D. Supplementation may be required in cases of strict vegetarian diets with no intake of any animal products."
