what did you expect?

Should I upgrade my 550W PSU? I've currently got a Core i5-12400 and a GTX 1660 Super that I'll be upgrading to a 3060 Ti.

So 6650XTs are just 6600XTs OC'd? Why would anyone buy the 6650xt when you can just get the 6600xt and OC it yourself for like 20-50bux less?

6650XTs can be OCed even further
also you might not be able to OC the memory to 18Gbps on a 6600XT

>bought a I5-10400F last year for cheap
>we now have 12th gen cpus this year
fuck... should I upgrade?

depends
do you have a high end gpu and are targeting 1080p/240+hz?

>bought a 3060 Ti FE for MSRP an hour ago
Life is good, bros

I have a RTX 3050 i got for cheap and I dont think I will replace it for at least 5 years

Bought a Lian Li Lancool II Mesh Performance case. I've read some shit about the hole at the bottom for the front mesh being bad for dust. You can buy a 3d-printed cover for the mesh to prevent this, but from what I've read, it doesn't actually do to much. Does anyone here have any experience with this or just the case in general to tell me if dust is a problem without the plug, or if the plug will do jack shit for me and I'd be wasting my money?

then you're fine
but do try to upgrade that 3060 at some point
a 3060/6600xt should be quite cheap in a couple of months
and will give you decent 1080p/144hz perf

just duct tape it bro
use some cardboard if you wanna to be fancy

I mean does it really matter? I'd rather not tape it at all if I can help it, shit would look hella ugly.

its on the bottom, no one will see
and yea, it will help with dust accumulation

Ok cool, thanks user.

speaking of monitors, a month ago I got an old monitor from a friend
lg.com/uk/monitors/lg-24GM77-B
it's supposed to have a 144hz refresh rate but it runs up to 60hz

>it's supposed to have a 144hz refresh rate but it runs up to 60hz
probably an issue with your cable?
(desu this monitor belongs in the trash)

>tfw got a 3070TI FE at MSRP earlier in march then eventually sold it/downsized to a 3060TI XC only $26 above MSRP
3060ti enjoyers itt

>(desu this monitor belongs in the trash)
I know it's an old monitor but my friend gave it to me after he closed his local game store because I was a loyal customer for several years.

welp nvm
I managed to make it work by activating a "player" mode
