Why hasn't anybody built a decentralized wikileaks?

there seems to be a lack of projects like this

Because nobody cares

not sure why that posted as png

why not?

Because anyone who makes one gets disappeared.

What if you decentralize the coding too? Will 1000 people disappear one by one? We have the script for a tv show right here!

are there any examples? wikileaks doesn't count it was fully reliant on humans

Because nobody wants their brain matter decentralized

there has to be a way to do it without leaving a trace
it could be very minimal and would probably only need a few hundred lines of code, you could just fork over and over again if it got shut down

host it on IPFS or something, has anybody tried this?

look at what happened to julian assange

everyone, including states, would post fake info all the time. WikiLeaks is good because it also verifies stuff

This, you quite literally can not have a decentralized WikiLeaks due to ONLY this. You'd basically get Any Forums otherwise.

Because wikileaks is run by the KGB.

who cares? as long as whistleblowers can post something publicly without having to worry about it getting out it wouldn't make a difference
very gay and newspilled opinion

what am i looking here?
is he wearing a wire?

>Will 1000 people disappear one by one?
yes

it's GAN imaging, he was dead before this interview
the wider theory is that the wikileaks twitter hunt thing was Assange's dead mans switch and that it's hidden on bitcoin or something idk I don't remember those threads

motion interpolation. read a fucking book sometime, schizo retard. it's amazing that people like you exist that are this stupid.

>Because wikileaks is run by the KGB.
the KGB doesn't exist anymore

Wikileaks does a lot, including
>verification
>trawling through the data to find the good shit (leaks are often huge)
>removal of irrelevant or sensitive information (muh censorship? but seriously if you don't understand the necessity of this then you are clueless)
>connections to real journalists and others
Now maybe some of this could be achieved by a decentralised project. But it would have serious difficulties getting most of that shit to actually happen, not to mention issues of trust, funding, and direction. You would also have trouble securing the same kinds leaks that wikileaks does. Whistleblowers go to wikileaks because they know WL are competent and will not fuck their shit up.

>Why hasn't anybody
fuck off do it yourself. you also don't even seem understand what wikileaks was.
