Reduce screen time prior to bed. I paint and draw at least one hour prior to bed.

Also stopped drinking alcohol and eating late dinners.

Try to stay up very late one night, but set an alarm for about 4 hours.
Do not nap that day. Repeat this for at least a week.
Your body will eventually pass out early from exhaustion, you won't have a choice but to sleep earlier.
Once that happens, start sleeping earlier since your body and mind will need the rest.

Bullshit. Taking melatonin as a sleep aid has no documented long-term effects, and it's far safer than any "conventinal" sleep aid on the market. virtually every other prescription and OTC sleep aid reduces sleep quality.

Get exercise earlier in the day. It's important to expend all you energy. Excess energy will either keep you up or make you horny.

Also melatonin helps. Just 1/2mg
