A webcam that can do 720p is fine.
Easiest way is by hanging with a firm cord around the neck.
Rather than attempting to break ones neck due to fall this can be humiliating is cord breaks or knot becomes undone and can lead to serious painful bodily damage, paralysis and disablity. Not to mention have to explain to friends/fam/hosptial staff let alone therapists and police.
If you are taking the fast method insure good quality beforehand ok OP.
The slow method involves a slow strangulation with no sudden jerking tension on the rope. more of a step off rather can fall.
Panicking will cause your heart to race and convulsions. Which could lead to breakage.
A slow methodical calm hang and you will asphyxiate painlessly and be dead in minutes after blacking out.
I would advise heavy alcohol without any prescription drugs or sleeping pills. Death anxiety can get so bad you will try to vomit and you dont want to make a mess of your corpse now do you?

Assisted euthanasia is legal in my country.
I worked as a therapist for cancer sufferers.
Those that were terminal would consider suicide. My job is to give counsel I am legally required to steer away from euthanasia until all means are exhausted.
Why would someone chose?
-Waiting for death as a cripple
-Unable to work
-Unable to care for oneself
-Lack of family support
-Financial burden is too great
-Percieved burden to society.
-Outsider/imposter syndrome
-Quality of life
-Mental Ilness
-Medication/ Chemo is too taxing on the body/spirit
-Dying on their terms
-Fulfillment
-Strength of character for having fortitute of spirit even when their situation is at its bleakest.
I don't enjoy what I do as a therapist having to hear on and on and on. Some of the cases are just to awful to describe.
I wasn't apathetic to their plights. How ever when the situation is euthansia is viable. It's not cheap.
I've been following social forums for a long time.
Any Forums since 2008.
You would not know nor understand how many have sought me in their time of greatest need.
