go to your bank, ask for a manager, tell them what happened and that you informed them and that *they* unlawfully authorized withdrawal from your account, and you want them to return your balance to the previous amount immediately, and you are charging default interest and further compensation for every day of them being late. if the manager does not comply with your request, ask for his manager (director of the branch) and refuse to leave until he speaks to you, warn them you will call the police over them committing theft (and have the police get a written testimony from them on the case).
also record everything they say to you if it is legal in your country (recording own conversation is legal in most countries)
I think you will get your money back halfway through the above process.

its their duty to authorize that you are entitled to withdraw your money and only they are responsible for the means they take to do it. if they think a contact-less card is a safe way to accomplish this, fine, but it's *their* problem if anything goes wrong with *their* authorization methods.
they could have even rolled a dice and give your money to anyone who rolls a 6, it's entirely their business, because once you tell them that you did not authorize a withdrawal they muse give your money back or *they* must *prove* it was you who requested the withdrawal.
