depends on how you look facial wise. and i wouldnt go with the same length all around, do the sides a bit shorter but not to complicated or youll fuck it up

I started with a 2 then 1. Now I go no guard every 2 weeks. Haven't paid for a haircut since like 2005.

Buzz the top at max and the sides at 2-3. Free damn haircut and you won't look like a skinhead. Tried to get so many barbers to do this they all fuck up the top making it uneven like it was cut in the dark.

disagree, i think mr and mrs smith is his peak look and some people look way better buzzed but its true you do need a low bodyfat and good facial genetics.

it usually looks bad if youre a bit fat because your chin fucks it up even if you look good. but if ur fat ur fat anyway so it doesnt rly matter, lose weight tho and ull loook better in future

You want to avoid looking like a microphone head. As others have commented, if you’re aesthetic, you’ll pull any hair off. If you’re average or ugly, and decided you don’t want to pay a barber anymore, just go for it and not care

Start on 8 and work your way down. You can go shorter not longer.

leave it longer on top and blend it with the sides/back. it's not that hard. i did it myself during covid. gf cut the back along my neckline. it probably wasn't perfect, but it also wasn't noticeably bad.

I use the 2 in back up to the middle of my ears then increment up to an 8 along the sides to the top. The rest I can see and trim with scissors.

With a 2 on the clippers make sure that your hair gets gone over a few times. This is very important if you have fine hair.

last paid cut I've had in years was last December from a lady on the side of the road in Mexico - that $2.50 cut was leagues better than most of the $20 + tip cuts I've had
