exercise (particularly cardio, walking, light weight lifting, body weight exercises)
the most important thing is a calorie deficit (burning more calories than you consume)
drink adequate amount of water is crucial (not drinking enough will cause your body to store it due to not drinking it enough)

Super simple but it’ll take some time getting used to:

1. Cut out sugar. No sugary drinks. No sugar in coffee etc.

2. Only eat between 12pm and 6pm. No breakfast no late night snacks.

3. Stay hydrated, don’t go full retard and try and drink a gallon a day. There’s no reason to.

4. Have a cheat day.

5. High intensity training at the gym. I love love the stair climber. Gets the heart rate up. Deadlift and squat/hack squat. Whatever your heaviest weight you can lift, lift 2/3 of it 8 sets 8 reps. Don’t workout more than 45min. Anything more is a waste of time.

6. Get good sleep.
