Getting fit is really one of the simplest things in life. Why aren't more people fit?

processed foods and work styles that don't allow good exercise and nutrition.
Fit and muscular like that dude are two different things. Make that dude run half a lap and see how "fit" he is.
Simplest thing for someone that has literally 0 physical issues. You're a fucking idiot that can't see a mm outside of his own shit perception.
>Getting fit is really one of the simplest things in life.
Yes
>Why aren't more people fit?
Opportunity costs associated with modern living
cope
? Getting fit takes 30 minutes 3 days a week
You realize a majority of people cause their own physical issues right? You're on the internet where 90% of "ill" people are munchies, queers trying to get attention and retards who cause their own join pain by never moving to begin with.
I've been fat my entire life. I'm 26 and not surprised my knees, back, shoulders hurt. I recently started working out and it's just going away on its own. Yeah, it's harder to, what the fuck would anyone expect when they have a decade of abusing their body to make up for?
Touch grass
Because "simple" is different than "easy"
SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU FUCKING FAGGOT. WHY WOULD YOU EVEN FUCKING CARE HOW OTHER MEN LOOK?
Yes, but the majority of people have other priorities
Also the guy in OP’s pic is spending significantly more than 90 minutes a week working out
life-style choices.. women even actively spend time getting unfit again after they have gotten too fit for the assumed male taste..
>SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU FUCKING FAGGOT. WHY WOULD YOU EVEN FUCKING CARE HOW OTHER MEN LOOK?
OP is just broadcasting an air of superiority in one arena he may actually excel at
Don’t let his insecurities turn into some sort of homo rage inside you, user
When you make excuses to do something, you're in a way saying you don't want it. When you make excuses to do something, you're saying you do.
Stop justifying smoking weed and drinking, see how your life changes. No time is the biggest load of shit I've heard in my life. I don't want to is a better excuse than no time.
This basically. Workout routines are simple, but they take quite a bit of motivation, it gets easier tho. wagmi
It's ridiculous to assume someone that goes to the gym this often doesn't do cardio. I'm sure he does plenty of cardio.
Cultural depreciation
The simplest thing is being lazy so fit is one of the simplest but there are simpler...i went to the gim 5 days a week 1,5h. Three years ago had my first son, 2 years ago my second. Wife got a huge job, Covid came fiŕed house keepers...taking care of the house meals and shit, anytime i have 30 min i seat down and chill...not as fit anymore, no way near fat or anything. Life gets in the way.
If a person is as muscular as that It doesn't matter how much cardio he does because he's like a fat person with all those muscle. His heart has to be pumping like crazy to feed blood into that absurd amount of muscle. Just go look at UFC, 90% of the time a chubby dude will have better cardio than his opponent who looks like a bodybuilder.
1. I'm lazy
2. I live in a pretty small town, so no gym nearby. I would have to resort to simple workouts at home. (btw i'd rather spend my money otherwise)
3. I come home from work around 6 p.m., have to stand up again at 5 a.m. nd need my 8 hours of sleep. Spending half of my little frre time on wrking out is pretty low on my priority list
He is an army fag so he probably can run more than you
you mean one of these guys. liftfags can prefer to get bigger but i'd rather cope with standard size
If you're talking professional bodybuilder with extraordinary muscle mass yeah they just have so much mass to carry that no amount of cardio training will make them run for meaningful distances.
But if we're looking at regular fit people who build some muscle mass they usually have an acceptable stamina as the process of training also requires a basic level of stamina and usually they also do some cardio which typically more than offsets their increased weight due to muscle mass compared to your average person.
Obviously, they won't hold a candle to someone practicing an cardio style sport like running, football or biking though.
Get fit
I feel genuine pity for you
OP simply asked why you're not fit, tubby
>30 min 3 days a week
Thats why people don't get fit. They don't push themselves. Lazy faggot
Lol, if you were fit you'd know how ridiculous you sound right now
>I feel genuine pity for you
I’m just stating facts user
Years ago I used Any Forums to get into sick shape, I even ran a half marathon
I don’t go to the gym anymore, but I’ve still got it lol
Most of the vigorous exercise I get these days is sex
You good, tubs?
You look like shit
rope
I'm trying. I go for a 30m medium pace walk at lunch but that's more for headspace. I got a really cheap second hand indoor bike and I'm doing 20m high intensity on that on week days.
Weird thing, I find it easy not to eat snacks etc when I am in a routine of exercise. When I pulled my hip adjudicator muscles I started going out buying snacks again. It's like a switch.
Anyway, I'm 99kg, and 37-38" waist. Aiming to get back into my 36" trousers first goal. I'm more focused on the waist inches than weight as a sole metric.
Simple doesn't mean easy.
I love going to the gym, but I now work 10 hours a day on rotating schedule and it's impossible for me to go to the gym at any hour.
I've gone to the gym for year and I know I need the steady routine to enjoy it and make it last
Literally not optimized for any meaningful distance runs. Sprint 50m sure, 200m under pure strength sure not in a great time and for sure as fuck not repeatedly.
Look at the difference in muscle mass, tone, and type between strength, sprint, and marathon athletes if you don't believe me.
That dude that did the sub 2hr marathon is a supper for a Strong man.
also fuck bodybuilder, meatfuckheads and Zyzz wannabees.
"Getting fit" is far from simple, user. It takes years of hard work and discipline and a bit of luck in terms of genetics. Do you really think the guy in the pic got "fit" without any of those three?
I say this as a very fit man who has spent 1000s of hours in the gym over the past 20 years. It was far from simple.
not everyone prioritizes physical fitness
Simple things are often hard.
