What do I do bros? I'm too young to get diabetes, tomorrow I have to go to the hospital to have another test to finalize the diagnosis/cause, are any of you diabetic? What is it like to lead a life like this?

Do you eat sugary junk all the time? How regularly do you cook from scratch?

stop drinking soda and eat less sugar? what the fuck else could you do? fuck a hamster?

Cut soda out of your diet completely. Worked for me.

What are you getting tests every 3 months for uf youre not diabetic?

given how he's not responding, presumably he was pre-diabetic due to drinking saturated sugar solution every day.

Shut up fatass

I only consume sugar when I drink coffee in the morning

As for the kitchen, my sister is the one who prepares the meals every day.

like how long did it take to fully recover?

They are general exams, including urine, feces, kidneys, sexual diseases, everything, every 3 months I do it to know my state of health.

No healthy person should do this.
Go once a year.
Lift every week.

You're probably incorrect in your 'i only consume sugar when i drink coffee' statement then.

Does your sister cook from scratch? Do you ever eat processed food? Or things like fruit, jam, honey, chocolate, crap bread, store bought pizza sauce, etc

What a fucking faggot. Be a man

I had the same thing when I was younger.
Quit eating garbage and it'll go away.
Simple as.

At what point should I get tested? I used to eat and drink really unhealthy stuff like soda and sweets a lot, but I’ve since stopped. Any symptoms you’ve noticed?

Type 1 diabetic here.
How old are you and how fat are you? These are the 2 main factors to take into consideration here. You could be insulin resistant (type 2 diabetes) or have an auto immune disease (type 1 diabetes).

So, again, how old and how fat are you?

If you're a type 2 borderline diabetic, a diet change and exercise will most likely reverse the issue. Cut out processed foods, high carbohydrates and sugars. If full blown type 2 diabetic then you'll probably be put on 1 to 2 medications and still need a diet change and exercise. If your blood sugar is through the roof, you may need insulin and other medications, still going to have to change your diet and exercise. Not the end of the world. Also be sure to read labels on "sugar free" things that contain maltodextrin. That's bad for you.

Also, what were the values for your blood sugar?

stop eating sugar you retard.

Type 1 diabetic for 10 years here, shit sucks OP, I hope you don't have it.

most of the time I eat rice, red meat, eggs, butter with bread

Yeah, lately i feel very exhausted, no energy, i also lost about 4lbs in a short time, sometimes i feel nauseous, etc.

I'm 21 and weight 143lbs

Nigga you're 100lbs lighter than me, and 2 years younger and I still don't have it. Unless it runs in your family, you're fine and just had an off day. It is possible to have high blood sugar without having diabetes.
