Too early for a /metal/ thread?
i like paramore
Let's post legitimately worthwhile metal this time, and way less poser nonsense.
Can anyone recommend some folky stuff please? I like this album, also Drudkh and Moonsorrow.
i like deftones, their album "around the fur" is pretty good, and "my own summer" is one of my favorites from that album.
Powerfag reporting in, I'll post some other stuff too.
I can't help you with moonsorrow, that shit is queer.. but I can help you with some black folk, I fuckin love Drudkh.

Right now this is the best thing one can offer their ears.
Welp, I am queer so I guess that makes sense. Suden Uni is fucking sick and I will fight anyone over that.
Anyway thanks for the rec, muchos appreciatos.
Another album I enjoyed a lot was Aara's En Ergo Anai or whatever it was called.
Ergo enai third e word is fuckin amazing.
sounds like pathetic scare your mom core imo
such good. any more?
i really rated Altar of Plague's White Tomb EP. Good n atmospheric.
close user. also good choice. I always mentally paired them with Acid Bath for some reason, even if they're very different in sound.

this and sleeping village make the album their best
I never enjoyed altar of plagues thematically, and they are rarely heavy or black enough. Yeah, did you catch the new Afsky?

actually was one of the first heavier songs i played when i started to learn guitar. it's not very complex so good for beginners.
More melodeath.
Powerfag here, this is a great album all the way through, lighter doom/stoner metal very catchy, older albums are heavier.
Anthrax is always amazing.
