I tell the guy I shitpost on Any Forums so hopefully he doesnt pick this day and figure out that I am talking about him and his roommate but I know he wont because he is a redditor and his thinks as soon as you type Any Forums you just get a Gb of CP.
I don't understand anything he does though. he was complaining to be that he missed out on the real estate market because back when houses were $180k he thought they were too expensive but now they are $400k, but he claims to have over $100k in retirement that he saved from only renting.
