Cold is subjective, there is a star out there that is colder than Ice called WISE J085510. I'm guessing that it would just mean that we wouldn't exist doe to the lack of required heat for living. Also, cold can't really be emitted

Cold is just atoms being less excited. The less they move the less heat is generated. So it's the loss of kinetic energy you can't emit cold just rob potential.

That dont make sense. Wouldnt it be a gas planet? Stars use fission, fission needs heat, thereby all stars must be hot. A cold star is just a gas planet

Energy is the very base of the Cosmos' existence, and "cold" is merely a degree of how much energy exists in space.
In other words, "cold" can never be emitted: It only happens when heat is not emitted.

Holding an ice cube to your face isn't cold being emitted: What is happening is that the energy in your face is being sapped away into the ice cube in an energy transfer. Plus, an ice cube is only around freezing in temperature, which is still far above the near -273 C* of absolute zero.
