most just misinformation.
If you are dirt poor you are given free healthcare they even include dental and eye now too. Also if you are rich and you want really nice healthcare you come to America.

this there is a safety net for the poor and the US has the best healthcare if you are rich, its the majority of people in the middle who get screwed.

Some of the research hospitals are among the best in the world. The trouble is that the government can't negotiate lower drug prices, and healthcare workers often perform tests or treatment that aren't 100% necessary, since they don't want to be sued if they miss something. The insurance companies also make their policies unnecessarily complicated and try to find loopholes to avoid covering certain things.

no. I just go to a doctor. The last time it cost me $400 or so to get an appointment with a specialist and have a lab test done. They kind of surprise you later with the lab test bill but $200 is not a lot of money.
The people bitching about healthcare are usually either power hungry politicians or poor retards who want more free shit.

When i stared making more money i made too much for the free healthcare plans, but they still had assistance, I had a $300 a month plan but i only paid like $125 a month and was actually a really nice healthcare plan.

>If you are dirt poor you are given free healthcare they even include dental and eye now too. Also if you are rich and you want really nice healthcare you come to America.

So it's great if you're dirt poor or filthy rich. For everybody else, it's kind of a cocksuck.

Why lie on the internet? Actual poorfag here. Havnt been to a doctor in over a decade because extreme cost

It does not encourage me to ever go for a check-up or test
> "hey, why did I get a $2000 bill?"
> "the Dr. didn't think it was necessary"
> "why did I get a $2000 bill?"
> "something with insurance not covering it all."
> "should I get this preventative procedure done?"
> "maybe, if you want. Your insurance will probably cover some of it. It costs like $12,000 to $30,000. Somewhere in there."

The threshold for being poor enough to get government insurance is something like $16k/y. Many, many people make more than that but still have trouble paying bills and such. That's the problem.

>Actual poorfag here
Then you are just too dumb to sign up for free government assistance not my issue or the governments that you are too dumb.

> I had a $300 a month plan but i only paid like $125 a month and was actually a really nice healthcare plan.

I think most poor people in the us don't know what's available for them.
There's obviously medicare. But in the USA there are lot of ways to get your medical debt forgiven, negotiate with the billing department to get the prices they give to insurance companies, etc.

you did not get a $2000 bill for a checkup, stop lying

American health care is excellent if you don't give a shit about paying three times as much as any other developed country.

^THIS
You can't fix stupid.

It amazes me how their legal system is financially motivated. Thats no foundation from which to uphold the law.

As for healthcare, its hard cash rape.

lol, free doctors/ healthcare is a joke. It's basically the same student doctors that work in prisons, and large city hospitals, but they dick you around through the mail, phone, and email, hoping people will just drop out and be less work for the system.

Won't argue about rich asshole research hospital tho, but there are only a handful of those in the entire country. YOu will occasionally hear about some hobo, or other low class people getting break through medical treatments, but those are usually just human guinea pigs.

Test, as it said in my post, if you had the reading comprehension to notice that

yep, for full medical its like 15 to 20k

Even if you make like 90k-160k a year you can get government assistance to help pay for your medical insurance.

There is no good healthcare for poor people anywhere in the world because healthcare is naturally expensive.
"Free healthcare" is just payed by someone else, so it's a system that steals for you so that you aren't that poor and can afford healthcare. That's just it.

America's healthcare has also high prices because the massive taxes and regulations can only be paid by big farma wich makes it impossible for second and cheaper companies to compete.
Lower the taxation/regulations and new companies will appear and compete, wich will lower the price
