I've always wanted to open a restaurant where I just made like a big ass batch of something early in the day, and sell only that. Just like make 60 lbs of chili and sell it for mad cheap, like 2 bucks a bowl. You could make so much money if you only had to worry about one thing and people would flock because it's cheaper than they can even make it at home
