Can't take photos right now but it's bigger than it looks in photos. That's a large part of the problem, it looked manageable when I bought it on Amazon. If you were to wrap your hand around it and try to make a fist, your middle finger wouldn't reach your thumb.

How wide is the plugg? I have one similar but is stainless steel 3” wide (9” girth) took several tries before i can take it in

Lots of J-kube if you didn't try it, easily makes an inch difference on the circumference I'm able to take.
