I disagree. If someone with a gun is telling you to fuck off their property and you give them the impression you're gonna steal their gun and possibly use it against them, the law isn't retarded, you are. Most of the time something like this happens, nobody gets shot. Most cases of self defense are just branishing a firearm to deter the attacker.

The American people and the government think that you should have a right to be safe in your person and on your property.
