Have you seen what cancer YT is ? Look into reacting to anime for the first time. Like people watching a show and reacting to it.
90% of the screen is the guy and his camera. 10% is the actual video he is reacting to. Video is transparent to fuck up the quality so the algorithm does not get you. Guy stops the video and babbles forced shit to create a cut so the algorithm does not get him.

you could never use copyright music on your youtube videos - maybe the bots for the companies werent as good then, so they couldnt automatically flag and remove the copyright, but you still could not do it its just, back then, people would unironically use 009 dreamscape or whatever the song was called
