Yep. Most disposable plastic bottles are made from PET plastic, which is a thermoplastic that can be easily melted down and reformed. Cut it up and extrude it out of a 1.75mm nozzle and you've got filament that can be used in any standard 3d printer.
Mountain dew bottles are actually really good for this because there's almost no additives that will affect the print. Same with S. Pellegrino, Schweppes, or other greenish plastic bottles.
