I did and I hated everyone there, I never made any friends and I only got in trouble during my year there. I wasn't actively trying not to meet anyone, I just never met anyone I could stand being around. The only time I met a "gay" guy was this autistic weirdo who was just a perv, not even a gay, just a freak. I also don't drink or do drugs so that narrowed down who I could hang out with

You can meet them anywhere. Dating apps, furry meetups if you're into that, social activities like sports, or just the internet.
Obviously with gay guys only being a small percentage of world's population, it's down to luck whether you'll meet many of them at random if you're not seeking them out, but statistically it's fairly likely that there's at least a few in any larger group of people. In furry communities, odds are they'll all be gay.

I'm not sure. I'd assume there's communities for local groups of furries in bigger cities, or like sites where people post about this kinda stuff, but I haven't gone to any myself!
