I dropped about 25 lbs since Nov. My diet was oatmeal with nuts and berries in the morning, a salad with some protein for lunch, and one serving of whatever I wanted for dinner. Then start doing exercise videos 3-4x per week. You'll be hungry for the first week or so, but will get used to it.
Get sick.
Eat 1 meal a day, starve through the night.

I used to weigh 300+ lbs and I got down to 140lbs
Here is exactly what I did
1. Don't drink your calories. PERIOD.
2. Eat less - instead of eating 5 slices of pizza, eat 2.
3. Be active: most people hate going to the gym (myself included) so you must find a form of exercise that you do not absolutely hate. I hate going to the gym, so I stay active by hiking and playing basketball, because I don't see those as a chore, I see them as fun activities
4. Get your mind busy - immerse in your hobbies or find new hobbies - things that get you out of the house so you aren't sitting around and eating out of boredom
5. Learn to cook - not only is eating food you prepare healthier, learning how to cook and flavor concepts helps a lot - it teaches you how you can adjust recipes to make stuff healthier. Hate veggies? Cover that shit in a low cal salsa/hot sauce to make it more manageable. I hate veggies, eating them is easier because there is this greek yogurt based ranch dressing I get thats 45 cal per tbsp It is easier than you think, it's fun, and rewarding

Same boat Any Forumsro. 5'10" 195 here. Should be about 175. I've decided I'm losing 10lbs by the end of the month. Off to a decent start. Just tamping down my American instinct to feast with a few pieces of nicotine gum a day, especially at night after a cup of decaf to keep me outta the snacks.

What I was trying to say was, not to eat pizza every day, but eat shit in moderation.

Its genes dude. I eat less than my brother and go to the gym but im still fat and he is thin as a stick. Sometimes life fucks you over.

Calorie deficit and devotion, simple as.
Yeah not everyone is an Ubermensch like you dude. Some were born with a bad Hand.
Find out how many calories you need to eat to lose weight (look up calorie calculator) and then just don't exceed those calories until you're at your goal weight. Also that doesn't mean you can start eating like shit again once you reach your goal weight, you'll just be eating to maintain your weight instead of losing it.
Also going on 15 to 30 minute walks helps, and remember to patient. Weight loss is a gradual thing, it doesn't happen overnight. And don't let one bad day make you think dieting's not worth it (we all have days where we eat too much) just do better the next day. If you really wanna lose weight, then it'll happen. Don't sweat it too much.

Sure you know me better than I do I get it. Listen I eat no sweets, no fast food, drink only water, two small meals a day AND go to the gym guess what Im fat. Then there are people who eat like pigs everyday while maintaining a good figure. Explain this to me Herr Ubermensch
