I'll admit I'm a newfag but I do know about how they began covertly disseminating the stuff. I'll never know how it started since I wasn't old enough to properly use the internet but knowing this boards history it all starts with one guy making a joke then eventually being caught on by others. It may have not started with sinks but a simple morbid prank on the average innocent user. Then eventually someone just started posting using only sinks and I guess others caught on doing the same .
