What can be done to stop this shit? Our fertility rates are dropping like a stone and this will make it even worse - just look at how many teenagers identify as "he they"s or non binary, let alone transgender.

Fertility rates are all driven by economics. Working people can barely take care of themselves these days. I read that I think 60%? of all pregnancies are accidental, something like that. But honestly, it's for the best, we need fewer people.

In theory yes, but in practice what will happen is our demographics go out of whack. Then either taxes will become incredibly high to account for the fact there are so many elderly and fewer workers, or there will be mass immigration (on an unprecedent scale) - both causing massive social unrest

Yes, which is why we just need to close tax loopholes and move towards a somewhat post-scarcity society. Over half the planet is owned by a small handful of people, they are ironically our future. We just need to assume that a large majority of people will be unable to find reasonable employment and make policies that are based on that.

Having he/they or she/they as pronounce does not make any sense. It the different forms, so with he/him:

All fine, sounds good and conforms to existing grammar. But this doesn't make any sense:

I also heard somewher the pronouns they/all which would be

And while this is less horrible than he/they, it still does not make much sense in the existing english structures

I think it gets used as a shorthand for he/him/they/them, so in other words you'd say something like
>*He* is very cute so I fucked *them* in the ass

But it's confusing - it sounds like you're talking about different people. Also you get some who don't mind being described only with one of their pronouns but some who get really offended unless you constantly change them. Again confusing and frankly defeating the whole point of pronouns in the first place.

Also, we've got lucky that automated technologies will be able to replace a lot of human labour right at the same time as our demographics start to reduce the supply of said labour.

I don't think that's a coincidence, though, they go hand-in-hand. Automation creates hyperproductivity but also very sharp inequality since we now require fewer people but those that are hired need to be able to handle high complexity jobs. (e.g. FB software engineers get paid multiple six figures, but FB doesn't even have enough employees to fill a sports stadium) Add to that, we've been handling inequality very, very badly and people have essentially voted with their actions by not having kids, thereby starving the elites of more slaves. And as JP says, rampant inequality will absolutely destabilize the system and collapse it as we're seeing already. The only way out is to assume "normal work" is a thing of the past for say 50% of the population and create systems for that.

There's an economist from the 80s, Jeremy Rifkin, who talked about creating a new type of economy, the social economy, which would allow nearly everyone to contribute in essentially social support roles when work goes away. Way ahead of his time, he's a good read.

You're not looking at it right. They didn't have a real chance with females, even with females of 30 years ago. They are selecting themselves out.
Worse yet, modern females within the optimal reproductive age range are allowed (encouraged?) to pine for the creme de la creme of the respective males. Which they do.

Harems is the only real solution going forward.
